Rejuvenate & Create: a 2 day event

The Healing Power of Horses

Horses have an extraordinary ability to sense emotions and mirror our inner state, making them profound partners in the healing journey. Without judgment, they respond to authenticity, teaching us to trust, set boundaries, and find balance. Through groundwork, mindful grooming, and observation, participants will experience the therapeutic presence of these magnificent animals.

June 13-14, 2026

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a two-day women’s wellness retreat set on a peaceful horse farm. This thoughtfully curated experience blends relaxation, creativity, and connection in a natural setting designed to restore both body and spirit.

Guests will enjoy meaningful horse interactions, from quiet moments of connection to expressive horse painting sessions. The retreat also features hands-on crafts, vision board creation, bouquet making with fresh florals, and interactive nature walks that invite mindfulness and presence. Gentle sound experiences with tuning forks will help reset and ground your energy throughout the weekend.

More than just a retreat, this is a shared experience—filled with laughter, creativity, and authentic connection with other women. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and refreshed, carrying home not only beautiful creations but lasting memories and a renewed sense of self.

All interations with the horses will be done on the ground, there will be no riding.

What People Are Saying

Testimonials from our 2025 events

“I felt the place was really peaceful & that paired with the activities, helped me get to that place mentally. The grooming really helped build connection. I liked the sharing/reflection as a group, that helped me process.”

— Sarah

“I really enjoyed the opening grounding exercise because I was able to reach a very calm mental space. I also really liked the Yo-Yo exercise because there were so many elements to reflect upon.”

— Melanie

“It taught me about myself and guided me on what I could do. (I learned to) be clear with my intention not only for myself but with others. (The day) reinforced living in the moment!”

— Cecelia

Testimonial - Faith

“I attended the horse retreat this weekend, and it was truly peaceful and healing. My horse connected with me right away he came straight to me like he knew I needed that moment of touch and calm. It was powerful. I don’t usually do anything for myself, and everything that could’ve stopped me tried to. I was an hour late because of a detour, but I’m so glad I still made it. Pressing my way there ended up being one of the best decisions I could’ve made.”

“The instructors were amazing, and every activity opened me up in ways I didn’t even expect. It was the kind of self-care, reflection, and healing that my spirit needed. Even the indoor moments just being able to connect with other women, the peaceful environment, the fresh fruit and snacks everything was thoughtful and full of love. The land was beautiful, the women were kind, and the whole day just felt like exactly what I needed. If you’re even thinking about going, go. Even if you don’t think you need it, trust me you’ll leave glad you did.”
